Hi I am Charlotte the owner and creator of HOPE. I will be working alongside my friend Lauren. Our aim is to provide a safe space for people to go when they struggling with anxiety and depression, a place where people can use our tools to start their journey to healing and where people can express themselves without feeling judged.
